[HIGH FIVES] As we head into the end of the year, we asked our High Fives from across the country one quick question: looking back on 2025, what wellness lesson will you bring into 2026, and what one small, sustainable practice will you start or continue to support it? Here are some of their responses. We hope they resonate with you and inspire you as enter 2026.

Chris Green (“CG”): In 2025, I learned that wellness works best when it’s simple. Focusing on daily effort instead of long-term pressure keeps me grounded and consistent. In 2026, I’ll keep prioritizing small moments of movement each day, trusting that those little wins add up over time. [Read His Previous High Five]

Dr. Kateleen Hall: I’m going to stay true to myself and never settle. I will start expressing gratitude daily. I’d like to start my day with one thing that I am grateful for. Gratitude is scientifically linked to increasing happiness, to lowering blood pressure, to reducing inflammation, and to improving immune function. [Read Her Previous High Five]

Liz Pedraja: Wellness can look different depending on your season of life, and that’s okay. In 2026, I will continue to meet myself where I’m at and give myself grace if my priorities and goals need to change. [Read Her Previous High Five]

Megan Twining: 2025 was the year I learned how to "flow" instead of "fight" with my body and mind. The three-pronged practice I am continuing daily is fascia brushing, nadi shodhana pranayama (to balance subtle energies), and ayurvedic sleep cycles. [Read Her Previous High Five]
