A MESSAGE FROM PARTICLE:
Gray Hair? This Is How You Reduce It Naturally
Dye fixes gray hair… by giving you a new problem: looking dyed. Particle Anti-Gray Serum is the all-natural, non-dye, no-mess solution for men who want their real color back, not a recreation of it.
The 5-second daily spray works gradually at the root to restore pigment for natural, visible results on your hair and beard.
Unlike hair dyes that aggressively color your hair and require annoying upkeep, Particle Anti-Gray Serum is clean and extremely easy to use. It stimulates the melanin inside the hair and does not use artificial color.

[HIGH FIVE] We gave a High Five to Sarah Pope, a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor/Coach at Life Time Clarendon in Arlington, VA.
Wellcomm: Where do you workout?
Sarah Pope: If it’s not on the slopes or hiking some pretty awesome trails, I’m finding the most joy training at DMV IRON GYM. Being new to the DMV area, I’ve found that having a place outside of where I make my bread and butter is so key! Back home in New York, my favorite gym to train at was IRON VAULT, and the energies at both of these places breathe very similarly. Great machinery, spacious setups, strong community, and members who show up to support one another! Fitness and moving your body is a gift that too many of us take for granted often, and I am reminded by my amazing clients just how important it is to do the damn thing now, don’t wait. Tomorrow isn’t always promised and the ‘What ifs’ and the ‘I should have started sooner’ is all the motivation needed to keep pushing forward, no matter how small the goal or how ‘late in the game’ you may feel! Honoring your gifts, including the gift of movement, will not only keep you focused and in the now: making cautious efforts in those daily deposits will prepare you for your life ahead!
WC: What does wellness mean to you?
SP: Wellness applies to many aspects of our lives, including mentally, physically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally, to name a few. How you rate your levels of importance in wellness is another factor to determine. For me, having an appropriate, healthy balance of all truly impacts my overall well-being. While most people may thrive off making physical and social top priorities of their well-being, I’ve learned that as we mature, experience life, and develop deeper core values to what fills our cup the most, having not equal portions but meaningful portions of all is what makes you who you are in all seasons of your life. Wellness most clearly speaks to me in all areas of my life surrounding fitness! How you show up there will reflect how those other areas will show up for you.
WC: What are your wellness goals over the next twelve months?
SP: What’s most important for me is keeping my body strong, resilient, and challenged with doing hard things no matter how little time I decide to spend at the gym. A tough, honest workout ranging from 40 to 50 minutes, tackling major compound lifts and improving cardiovascular endurance is great by me. In the past, I’ve competed in many different events such as Bodybuilding, OCR, Strong Man competitions, CrossFit, Ranger Relays, and more. Growing up, I was a dedicated Cross Country and Track and Field athlete all the way through college. For me right now, keeping my body strong, healthy, and challenged mentally and physically is what’s important. You may find me in the future competing in a Powerlifting event, but I don’t foresee that happening until a little later in life.
WC: Who are some people who inspire you, motivate you, or keep you accountable when it comes to your wellness?
SP: Truly the best in the game, my “OG Family” from New York: you know exactly who you are! Before moving down to the DMV area, I was working at Life Time Westchester, and the community/family there is truly unreal! They are the first ones who come to mind when I read this question, and they have all uniquely made such a huge impact in my life, in fitness, and in so many other areas throughout my life.
WC: What advice would you share with someone looking to change their wellness routine?
SP: Do not over complicate it! Figure out your ‘Why.’ Find something that challenges you mentally and physically. Do something that you enjoy. Have an accountability partner. Most importantly, establish short term and long term goals for yourself! Prioritize benchmarks that will help you keep the momentum moving forward as you begin to establish great new achievements for yourself! You’d be surprised how quickly you’ll be crushing these goals, and you’ll be inspiring others to do the exact same. Let’s go!
