A MESSAGE FROM PIQUE:
The Daily Immune Ritual I Trust All Winter Long
Winter is when I’m most intentional about supporting my immune system, and Pique’s Daily Immune has become one of my non-negotiables. It’s the kind of daily ritual that feels supportive, not overwhelming and one I actually look forward to.
What sets Daily Immune apart is its liposomal vitamin C, which helps deliver nutrients more effectively to your bloodstream and immune cells, where they can truly do their job. I notice the difference in how steady and resilient I feel, especially during colder months when my body needs extra support. The addition of elderberry gives it that extra layer of seasonal immune defense I trust.
Daily Immune supports my everyday immunity, collagen production, skin resilience, and antioxidant protection all in one simple step. I love that it fits seamlessly into my routine and tastes bright and refreshing.
Winter wellness doesn’t need to be extreme to be effective. For me, Daily Immune is an easy, consistent way to feel supported, strong, and cared for all season long
[HIGH FIVE] WellcommDC headed south this week to WellcommATX where we gave a High Five to Jasmine Mobasseri, a yoga teacher and owner at Open Form Yoga in Austin, TX.
Wellcomm: Where do you work…out?
Jasmine Mobasseri: Athletic Outcomes (the best), Moogie, Open Form (because our teachers are actual angels), online classes with Divya Bala, or going outside and playing.
WC: What does wellness mean to you?
JM: Wellness for me is the opportunity to be fully present with yourself and this life: noticing the small things and having the time and privilege to tend to yourself. It’s showing up for your people, spending time in nature, offering service to your community, and feeling safe in your home, body, and mind.
WC: What are your wellness goals over the next twelve months?
JM: First, to go on more movement dates with friends. It's just more fun trying new things, playing, and sweating with someone else. Second, to be outside as much as possible. And third, practice community care as a wellness practice: carve out time for volunteering, supporting the neighborhood, and being there for the people in my life.
WC: Who are some people who inspire you, motivate you, or keep you accountable when it comes to your wellness?
JM: The students at the studio inspire me. Anyone open to trying something new, taking time for their own care, and approaching practice with curiosity is a regular reminder of why I teach. Nicky Hadjithoma, Nickita Desai, Erin Gilmore, and Alex Elle.
WC: What advice would you share with someone looking to change their wellness routine?
JM: If you’re just getting started, do what you enjoy. If you’re looking to shake things up, try something completely outside your norm and approach it with a sense of play. Be gentle with yourself. Learning or doing something new can feel so awkard. When you feel confronted or pressured, slow down and look for the lightness in it. It's not so serious. Learn to listen to your body. Sometimes that means rest and gentleness; other times, it’s a signal that you can safely push a little further. Longevity and resilience aren’t one-sided: you need both yin and yang. Listening is the practice and allows you to adapt.
