WDC: What does wellness mean to you?

JV: Investing your time in your passions and doing what your body, mind, and soul need.

WDC: What are your wellness goals over the next twelve months?

JV: Strive to find the perfect balance of work and personal to make sure neither are lacking my attention.

WDC: Who are some people who inspire you, motivate you, or keep you accountable when it comes to your wellness?

JV: Everyone in the DC Fitness World who puts their best foot forward. Too many people to mention who are doing amazing things.

WDC: What advice would you share with someone looking to change their wellness routine?

JV: Consistency. Show up when you're tired. Show up when you feel like it. Show up and show out.
