[HIGH FIVE] We gave a High Five to Antonique Vinson (@heyniquev), a certified wellness coach, personal trainer, cycle instructor, and podcast host.

WellcommDC: Where do you work…out?

Antonique Vinson: LOL, a lot of places. I am the Head Coach at Orangetheory Fitness Capitol Hill, a cycle instructor at Zweet Sport Total Fitness, so I definitely work out where I work. I also work out at Gold's Gym Capitol Hill & Riverdale Park.

WDC: What does wellness mean to you?

AV: Wellness to me means more than just dieting and exercising. Wellness is your overall well-being and how you exist on this earth while continuing to unapologetically make space for yourself.

WDC: What are your wellness goals over the next twelve months?

AV: My wellness goals for the next twelve months is to be the BADDEST version of me that I can be.

WDC: Who are some people who inspire you, motivate you, or keep you accountable when it comes to your wellness?

WDC: What advice would you share with someone looking to change their wellness routine?

AV: Take it one day at a time. Give yourself time to adapt to the routine. Don't give up just because you aren't seeing results immediately, Enjoy the process and the ride while you're on it. Remember, your wellness routine is a day by day journey.
